Hunters Point Mixed Use

This 2026 National Terrazzo & Mosaic Association honor award winner consisted of over 4000 L.Ft of Heavy Top 1/4″ Brass Strips in a Multicolor Epoxy Terrazzo Venetian Floor. Nearly 1500 Sq.Ft of the Project consisted of a 1′ x 1′ & 1′ x 2′ pinwheeled brass strip layout with alternating poured in place terrazzo colors to replicate a tile layout. Do to majority of walls having limestone stone panels meeting the terrazzo base with reveal, the floors were leveled with epoxy fill to and 1/8″ in 10′ to allow for a consistent reveal from top of base to stone panels.
