One Liberty Plaza – Financial District

One Liberty Plaza is the most conveniently located Downtown building with direct underground access to the Fulton Street Transit Center, Oculus World Trade Center, and Brookfield Place. The 54-story building offers column-free floor plates with sweeping views of New York Harbor, the Hudson and East Rivers.

The T. Yorie Corp installed terrazzo flooring throughout the main lobbies & installed custom terrazzo molding pieces at interior curbs.
The terrazzo aggregates incorporated the same Botticino marble used for the stone wall panels throughout the lobby area providing a coordinating feel integrating from the floors to the walls in this beautiful classic space.
